I found your blog while doing some research on Ukraine. I spent ten days there as a tourist at the end of September. (As I read the rest of your blog I see how much you hate tourists!)
Anyhow, I hope you are able to do the Chernobyl trip. When we there they quoted a price of nearly $300 per person... so instead we went to the museum in Kiev.
